A Hot Day for a Crane Estate Engagement Session

On the hottest day of the year, we visited the stunning Castle Hill on the Crane Estate. The grandeur of the estate was breathtaking, with its beautiful architecture, rolling hills and sweeping views of the ocean.

If you love gardens, beautiful unmitigated views, classic architecture and ocean views, then the Crane Estate is the location for you. And this was perfect for our couple, as they wanted a timeless vision that represented their relationship; simply enjoying each others presence.

Exploring what the Estate Had to Offer

For their engagement session, they wanted a sort of quiet luxury feel. Roaming beautifully lush gardens, admiring the intricate structures and complimenting the opulent architecture. As we explored, it felt effortless as they held hands and dreamed for their future. The aim was to make these photos feel real and candid, not posed and stiff. I think these two accomplished just that.

So even though it was the hottest day of the summer, it was really these two who brought the heat. But it was also the perfect time because the florals were really popping as they were at the peak of their blooming and the landscaping seemed to just be perfect every direction you looked.

My main goal for engagement sessions is to have photos that represent you. I am not here to make you fit into my mould, I fit into yours.
