Planning for a summer wedding? Trust me, you should have a Gardens at Uncanoocnuc Mountain Wedding. Tucked away just outside of Manchester, it boast spectacular grounds. With six gardens (some hidden gems), there’s no shortage of locations to host different aspects of your wedding day.
On this wedding day, the couple kept it simple as they had somewhat of a microwedding. Consisted mostly family (and an army of little ones), it was a day to spend with their loved ones. Opting to not really capture getting ready, they jumped right in by sneaking in a little first look before their ceremony. The Stroll Garden is a perfect spot for a first look. It’s a little off the beaten path with whimsical weeping cherries and magnolia tress. A little shout out to Apotheca Flowers for executing an incredible flower design to compliment all the spaces. After their first look, they had a heart warming ceremony in the woodland Garden. Not a dry eye in sight.
Once the ceremony ended, we had the rest of the formals all around the rest of the gardens and then headed the venues Sperry Sailcloth tent for cocktail hour and reception. A night of heart felt speeches, hugs and celebration. Oh, and they had a little last dance at the end.
