Once a colonial farmstead, the Eleanor Cabot Bradley Estate, is an incredible property with manicured lawn, walled gardens and a stately country house. It’s surrounded by fields, woodlands and pastures and is the most incredible venue for a wedding. Did I mention it was also used as a set for Little Women? A film that featured Emma Watson, Florence Pugh, Timothée Chalamet and Meryl Streep! What better place to have your Bradley Estate Wedding!

The couple had a simple vision in mind, Bridgerton elegance. No real plans for photos, just going with the flow and plans to hang out with the people they hold dear.

No Wedding Party, No Problem

The bride and groom opted to forego a wedding party. Instead, they sprinkled moments where they were surrounded by their loved ones. So after she got ready with her sister and bestfriends, she had her first look at the front of the estate. Their first look was completely uninterrupted, they even asked me to not be present. Don’t worry though, I was able to capture photos from a far as they read their private vows to each other. Once they finished up and were meaningfully present, we set off. We walked the gardens, enjoyed the colonial home and hid away once their guests arrived.

The Rest is History

Officiated by the bride’s sister’s partner, the ceremony was both intimate and lovely. Laughter filled the air. Although they opted to have no wedding partner, it felt as though everyone was up their with them. The Eleanor Cabot Estate comes with a full package; they have a tent for the reception, and a whole gambit of preferred vendors. You can’t go wrong with everything this venue has to offer.

Your wedding day is very much about celebrating your love for one another and bringing in both your families. It’s not about me, or my vision, but how you want your love to be represented. I want to be in the background to grab authentic moments without distilling it with my direction. The last thing I want is to distract people and take them away from the moment. My photography is very much an ode to keeping you present and grounded.
